We are excited to announce the acquisition of 8thBridge, a pioneer in socially fueled commerce. 8thBridge has been a consistent innovator in reshaping ecommerce around people, and shares our vision that a differentiated experience is the critical ingredient in driving digital success for brands and retailers.

Fluid’s mission is to leverage customer insight, inspired design, and great technology to transform how people shop. It is no longer enough to compete on price, selection and convenience. Indeed, it is a losing proposition with Amazon and other mega-retailers battling it out in the trenches. We will be working closely with 8thBridge to integrate our solutions and provide a true end-to-end customer engagement platform for digital retail. 8thBridge’s Graphite technology, with built in analytics and Social CRM capabilities, will play a key role in this evolution.
