Fluid Launches Extensive New Website Across Bowlero Sites

Today, full-service digital agency Fluid, an Astound Commerce Company, launched the all new bowlero.com for Bowlero (formerly Bowlmor AMF), the world leader in bowling entertainment. Fluid’s work includes a fully responsive website re-design and re-platform across all four of the company’s sites. The new design creates a unified and streamlined user experience for Bowlero’s multiple brands and nearly 300 locations.

Bowlero’s expansive growth over the past five years drove them to partner with Fluid, a world-class customer experience e-commerce agency to provide a CMS-driven customer experience solution that delivers scalability, and the ability to uniquely manage each of the company’s properties. Fluid gathered and utilized customer insights to determine how design, UX, and content should work together to seamlessly satisfy customer needs throughout the booking experience.

The agency translated this information to provide a best-in-class experience with extended online booking customization options available to the user, partnering with Avantia, a leading CMS implementer.  Ongoing enhancements will provide users with geolocation tools including advanced search inputs for individual Bowlero center locations.

“We wanted to use this ‘from scratch’ opportunity to develop an intricate user-first site that’s rich in immersive content to create a positive brand experience,” said Megan Wintersteen, Director, Digital, Bowlero. “For that reason, we were pleased to work with the experts at Fluid on this monumental redesign.”

“Working with Bowlero has been an incredible experience,” said Vanessa Cartwright, CEO and Managing Partner, Fluid. “This work is a true fusion of art and science since there was such an intensive discovery phase uncovering the technical, business, and user requirements, before applying it to this beautiful holistic design.”
