Hydro Flask was looking to create a personalized experience for their flask bottle customers. They wanted something that would enhance their shopping experience, increase sales for their bottles and create greater engagement with their customers.

Hydroflask worked with ConfigureID to create My Hydro which is a separate landing page from the regular Hydroflask website. Inside My Hydro, customers have a big variety of options to build their own water bottles and give them their personal touch. 
Hydroflask customers can completely customize their bottles the way they want, including bottle type, bottle size, various colors for the bottle, cap, and rims. 


When My Hydro program was launched in 2016, the site-wide revenue grew by 50% year-over-year and customers were more engaged by being able to create unique personalized water bottles.  
20% of the traffic that reaches also reaches My Hydro.
