4 Ways Retailers Can Improve Their Mobile E-Commerce Offerings This Holiday Season

Sales via mobile e-commerce (mcommerce) are expected to be significantly higher during the 2014 holiday shopping season, following a similar trend in 2013.

A July 2014 report from predictive analytics platform provider Custora states that more than a third of visits to online stores now come from mobile and predicts that mobile e-commerce will account for 33 percent of U.S. holiday sales these year.

Internet Retailer, citing the Forrester report, “Predictions 2014: US Retail eBusiness,” agrees that mobile commerce will continue to grow and suggests retailers would be smart to invest as much as possible in mobile technology.
